Aim:
To give a grant up to a maximum of 30% and up to €850, for loan repayments per year.
Criteria:
1. The scheme is open to first time buyers, acquiring their property from the private sector.
2. This assistance is given for 10 years and is open for the first 300 applicants.
3. These Categories of applicants can qualify:
•Single persons
•Single parents
•Separated/divorced persons
•Married couples
•Engaged couples
4. These categories are further split as follows:
•Category 1 – Single Person
•Category 2 – Engaged Couples / Married Couples / Married Couples or Single or Separated Parents with one child or 2 children of same sex
•Category 3 – Married couples or Single Parents/Separated Parents with 2 children of different sex or with 3 children and over
5. The grant is calculated according to the category, loan amount and income of applicants.
