The Housing Authority is collaborating with the Foundation for Social Welfare Services (FSWS), which falls under the Ministry of Education, Employment and the Family, in a project entitled, E4L – Embark for Life. This project is co-financed by the European Social Fund.
The Housing Authority’s role in the project was to assist the FSWS in its execution. This project offered young, vulnerable individuals the opportunity for support, education and employment with the aim of providing these individuals the tools to live adequate independent lives after they leave institutional care.
The Housing Authority has supplied FSWS with premises in Msida to serve as a centre for operations. This center welcomes and offers services to the project’s beneficiaries daily.
