Calls for Tenders

The Housing Authority welcomes offers by tender from the public for garages.

There are 24 garages to be sold situated in various localities in Malta; B’kara, Floriana, Msida, M’Xlokk and Żebbuġ.

Offers close on the 24th February 2012 at 10:00am. This advert appeared in the Government Gazzette dating 3rd February 2012. Click here to preview tender document.

The person awarded the tender would have to pay 10% of the amount offered if contract is not signed. The Housing Authority reserves the right to refuse any tender even the most advantageous. ...
